Shipping & Returns

If you’ve landed on this page and need to consider a return, that means it’s likely you’ve shopped with purpose!  Congratulations and we offer our sincerest thanks!  On to the deets:

Shipping

We know you’re excited to receive your Sovereign Soul purchase which is why we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible.  All items ship within 3 - 4 business days via USPS Priority Mail.  If you require expedited shipping or shipping outside of the continental US, please email us at sovereignsoulboutique@gmail.com for shipping options.

Returns

Returns are bound to happen, no biggie.  We cheerfully accept returns received within 10 days of the confirmed delivery date.  Please email sovereignsoulboutique@gmail.com if you need to initiate a return.  Returned items should be unwashed, unworn, unaltered and stain free with tags attached.   When returning your items, please include the receipt provided in your packaging.  For your protection, please ship your return with a carrier who will provide a tracking number.  Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  All sale items are final and are not eligible to be returned.

Unfortunately, due to order volume and risk of sellouts, we are unable to process exchanges.  If you need an alternate size, we suggest promptly placing a new order to guarantee receipt of the item. 

Mistakes happen.  If there are errors with your order or defects in the merchandise, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
